The Superior single rooms, recently renovated, are located on the fourth floor of the structure and for this reason they are very bright. The rooms have a double door to isolate noise from the outside and soundproof glass to ensure rest at night. All rooms have natural wood floors.

They are all equipped with a 32 -inch Samsung screen with SKY channels. The rooms offer a spacious wardrobe, top-sheet and duvet, free wi-fi, minibar, safe, telephone, desk, bathroom with marble finishes, shower or bathtub, hairdryer and courtesy line. Each room houses a painting by an Umbrian artist.

Our guest will ahve at disposal Technogym and Toorx equipped gym, with treadmill, exercise bike, multifunction bench, stepper and the swimming pool (in summer) with veranda, sunbeds and umbrellas and free beach towel rental.
