"Morlacchi 1" meeting room

Suitable for small meetings, job interviews and training courses, it is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 35 people theater style. It can be combined with the Morlacchi 2 meeting room.

"Morlacchi 2" meeting room

Suitable for small meetings, job interviews and training courses, it is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 40 people theater style. It can be combined with the Morlacchi 1 and Pinturicchio meeting rooms.

"Pinturicchio" meeting room

Suitable for meetings, business meetings, training courses and exhibitions, it s located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 80 people theater style. It can be combined with the Morlacchi 2 meeting room.

"Vannucci" meeting room

Located on the first floor, it can accommodate meetings of up to 100 people theater style. Divisible into 3 rooms for small meetings each with private entrance, it is adjacent to the Winter Garden.

"Winter garden" meeting room

Located on the first floor, it can accommodate meetings of up to 80 people theater style. It is also suitable for coffee breaks, buffet lunch, cocktails and gala dinner.

"Alessi" meeting room

Our largest meeting room that can accommodate up to 220 people theater Style, is located on the basement and has its own entrance and is equipped with conference secretariat and press room.

"Baldo" meeting room

Located on the ground floor, it is ideal for small meetings or for confidential business lunches up to 20 people.

"Properzio" meeting room

It is located in the basement and is adjacent to the Alessi meeting room. It can be ideal for meetings up to 35 people theater style or as a support to the plenary hall.
